The retention analytics page is a fairly simple, yet informative page that provides you with high-level metrics across your customers. It is the only analytics page that does not have a timeframe selector at the top, as these metrics are calculated across the history of your store.

The top section provides you a breakdown of one-time vs. repeat customers across your store's history, and associated metrics with each customer type, such as the customer lifetime value, total number of customers, orders, and sales from each customer type.

The section below it provides your average order value across your customers' first, second, third, etc (up to their 10th) order.
